FAQ

How are your prints made?

Every print is made to order and produced by me personally — never mass-produced or pulled from a bin. I print each one in my own studio on archival-grade media with archival pigment inks, so it's built to hold its color and detail for 100+ years. Canvas pieces are UV-sealed with a matte varnish — no glare from any angle, just deep, light-soaking color. Every print is hand-signed and inspected before it ships from Newport, Oregon.

How long until I receive my print?

Because each piece is made to order, please allow time for production and shipping. Continental U.S.: 2–4 weeks from purchase. Hawaii, Alaska, and international: 4–6 weeks. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

How is my print packaged and shipped?

Every print is custom-packed in purpose-built materials from my studio on the Oregon Coast, and tracking is provided once it's on its way.

What if my print arrives damaged?

I stand behind every piece. If your print arrives damaged, photograph both the packaging and the damage within 7 days of delivery and contact me — I'll make it right.

Can I return a print?

Because every print is made to order just for you, I don't accept general returns — but I stand behind my work completely. If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, reach out within 7 days with a photo and I'll make it right, every time.

What sizes and materials can I choose?

Gallery prints come in a range of sizes on your choice of fine-art archival paper or UV-sealed canvas — all printed by me. Working Frame plates come in a set size on signed archival paper. Want something larger or a specific format? Just contact me for a quote.

Are the prints limited editions?

Individual prints are hand-signed, open edition. Each Working Frame volume is also offered as The Folio — all six prints, signed and numbered, limited to 25 sets.

Do you take on commissions or commercial work?

Yes — events, commercial, product, portraits, and custom commissions, on the Oregon Coast and beyond. See Work With Me.

How do I care for my print?

See Print Care & Framing for handling, display, and framing tips.

Where are you located?
