Production & Delivery

Every print is made to order, so each order includes production time. For orders within the continental United States, delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks from the time of purchase. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations may take 4–6 weeks.

Packaging & Tracking

Every print is custom-packed in purpose-built materials from my studio on the Oregon Coast. Tracking is provided as soon as your order ships.

If Your Print Arrives Damaged

I pack every order with great care, but if your print arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the damage within 7 days of delivery and contact me — I'll make it right.

Returns

Because every print is made to order just for you, I don't accept general returns. But I stand behind my work completely: if anything arrives damaged or isn't right, reach out within 7 days with a photo and I'll make it right, every time.
