About
Two Waves Become One. Forty-Five Feet.
This isn't one wave. It's two.
In certain conditions on the Oregon Coast, two swells arrive from slightly different angles and collide — what's called a rebound wave. The energy doesn't cancel. It stacks. The result is a single wave face that dwarfs what either swell would have produced on its own. This one reached 35 to 45 feet.
The backlight came through it the way it only does when the timing is exact and the weather cooperates. The color at this particular stretch of the coast has a quality that changes with the angle of the sun — deep green and luminous in a way that flat gray sky never gives you. Both conditions had to happen at the same moment. They did.
Every print is made to order on archival-grade media — the same materials used in fine art and museum printing. Printed, inspected, and shipped by Jeremy Burke personally.
Built to Order
Every print in this collection is individually produced after your order is placed — never mass-manufactured or pulled from inventory. That means your piece is made specifically for you, using the materials and format you select.
Production takes 2–3 weeks from the time of order. Each print is personally inspected by Jeremy before it ships.
